At Shulaabh Packaging Solutions (accessible at Shulaabh.in), we are committed to providing quality packaging products and fair resolution for any issues that may arise.

This policy applies to all businesses, retailers, and customers who purchase from our platform. We aim to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction while maintaining reasonable business practices.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the nature and extent of the defect or damage:

Manufacturing Defect (>50% Damaged)

If the product is more than 50% defective due to manufacturing issues and all delivered pieces are damaged:

→ 80% refund of total order value

Delivery Partner Damage

If damage is caused by the delivery partner during transit:

→ 30% refund of total order value

Minor Defects

No refunds are provided for minor defects that do not affect the usability or functionality of the product.

3. Return Policy

48-Hour Reporting Window

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for return or refund.

Return Requirements:

  • Complaint must include clear images and detailed description of the defect
  • Products must be unused
  • Products must be in original packaging

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom or personalized products are non-returnable, except when completely damaged due to manufacturing defects.

4. Cancellation Policy

Early Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

No Cancellation After Processing

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been:

  • Processed
  • Shipped

If you requested design support and cancel after designs are completed, a service charge may apply to cover design time. Please confirm before starting design work.

5. Replacement Policy

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • Replacement may be offered if the product is defective and refund criteria is not met
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability
  • Replacement is processed only after complaint verification

Note: Replacement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis after thorough review of the complaint and supporting evidence.

6. Shipping & Refund Processing

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable in most cases
Shipping charges are refundable only if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect

All refunds are processed after approval from our quality assurance team. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
